Your Missions
- Assisting with customer invoicing management.
- Preparing the recording of all operations in the accounting system.
- Reconciling financial transactions.
- Dealing with suppliers.
- Preparing payments.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual and interim accounts.
- Supporting the fiduciary in preparing the monthly payroll.
- Preparing different profit and loss accounts for the company.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Preparing the data related to the realization of different profitability calculations.
- Performing various administrative tasks related to the Finance and HR functions.
Your Profile
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, HR or economics.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar job position.
- Experience in a PFS and/or Management Company is highly valued.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Proficiency in any other language is a plus.
- Good command of the Microsoft 365 suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of BOB 50 is an asset.
- You are rigorous and organized.
- You are very comfortable with numbers.
- Experience in HR administration is an advantage.
