With a strong interest in the fund industry, risk management, and investment compliance rules, you will be able to run the day-to-day tasks operationally, implement new tools, and contribute to the development of the Risk Management strategy.

Your role

• Managing financial cash-flows and controlling the Net Asset Values of our UCITS and AIFs.
• Monitoring the financial flows and invoicing of the Funds.
• Managing the various investments rules regarding the compliance of the funds.
• Assisting in the preparation and review of various report.
• Preparing and monitoring regular risk report.
• Preparing the Risk Committee materials.
• Developing risk management controls, tools and systems.
• Drafting and maintaining all necessary procedures for the Management Company to identify and manage the different risks linked to the activity.
• Maintaining and updating Funds’ records.
• Promoting best market practices and maintaining an appropriate regulatory watch.

Your Profile

• Knowledge of the Fund industry is a real asset.
• Project management skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multitask.
• Good command of the Microsoft 365 suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg or other Data providers is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude.
• Rigorous, analytical, autonomous and assertive.
• Team-player, ability to deliver under pressure, open to change.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• No prior experience is necessary.
